2、 Usage and characteristics:
1. The seeder has low resistance, flexible rotation, simple structure, easy maintenance, and durability. 2. The shell, spoon wheel, and seed guide wheel of the seeder are made of die cast aluminum, which has high strength and light weight. The end cover is made of transparent high-strength material, and users can clearly see the working condition of the spoon wheel through the transparent cover. 3. The seed planter is in the corn sowing state when it leaves the factory. Users can purchase corresponding accessories according to their own needs to sow crops such as soybeans and sorghum. 4. The seed planter does not have a seed cleaning device and relies on the self weight of the seeds to clean them. The seed coating rate is also very low, and it has the characteristics of few holes, uniform seeding, and low seeding points. 5. The seeder is a six to eight speed spoon wheel seeder with a gearbox. 6. A micro adjustment device is added on the outside of the seeder to reduce the leakage rate and replay rate of the seeder, and increase the single seed rate. 7. By replacing the sprocket with different numbers of teeth, it can adjust six different plant distances from the original one. 3、 Replacement and adjustment:

1. Dismantling method of seeding spoon wheel:
(1) Remove the remaining seeds from the empty box, (2) cut off the transparent end cover, and (3) remove the three countersunk screws that secure the spoon wheel; (4) Just lower the spoon wheel.
2. Installation method of spoon wheel:
(1) Install the spoon wheel onto the seed guide wheel with 3 countersunk screws, so that the partition is sandwiched between the spoon wheel and the seed guide wheel. 2. Install the transparent end cover.
3. Installation method of brush:
(1) The brush is installed on the inner side of the transparent cover, and the groove on the brush matches the protrusion on the end cover.
(2) Tighten the screws on the outside of the transparent cover
4. Adjustment of seed planter handball:
Pull out the handball and slide it up and down to adjust the height of the seed inlet on the partition. The specific operation is as follows:
（1）. When the seed size is small, adjust the handball towards the direction marked with "small" on the end cap. When the seed size is large, adjust the handball towards the direction marked with "large" on the end cap.

(2) When there are multiple seeds being broadcasted, adjust the handball towards the direction marked with the word "small" on the end cap; When the broadcasted seeds are empty for a long time, adjust the handball towards the direction marked with the word "big" on the end cover.
5. Adjustment of plant spacing:
The spoon wheel seeder with gearbox can adjust six plant spacing by moving the gear lever. The plant spacing gradually increases from 1st gear to 6th gear, and the seeder does not work when in neutral position and is in clutch state.
6. Oil filling method for seeders with gearbox:
（1）. Remove the dust cover labeled with numbers on the transmission cover,
（2）. Add an appropriate amount of butter or engine oil to the gears and shafts inside the gearbox
（3）. Simply install the dust cover.

Precautions for using General Tian's seed planter:

During use, the handball should be adjusted according to the different shapes and sizes of the seeds to lower or raise the position of the seed inlet on the partition to meet the sowing requirements,
2. Corn seeds need to be screened to remove large and small grains, as well as impurities in the seeds, in order to ensure the quality of sowing
3. The seed planter is equipped with a medium seed spoon wheel at the factory, which can only meet the normal needs of corn seeds. Users of extremely large and small seeds should purchase corresponding large or small seed spoons from distributors or seed planter manufacturers, otherwise it will seriously affect the sowing quality,
4. Coated seeds must be dried in the sun and mixed with 1% medical grade talcum powder before sowing to reduce adhesion. If too much talcum powder is mixed, excess talcum powder should be sieved out using a sieve.
5. After one shift of homework, check whether the rotating parts of the seeder are flexible, whether the fixing screws are loose, and clean the seed coating agent stuck on the spoon wheel, partition, and box with water or diesel. For seeders with a gearbox, remove the dust cover marked with numbers on the gearbox cover to clear the dust inside the gearbox. If not cleaned in time, it will cause bearing jamming and affect the sowing effect,
6. Seed planter with gearbox must not be reversed
7. The seeder is strictly prohibited from carrying seeds for long-distance transportation. If changing plots or transporting, the remaining seeds should be cleared and replanted upon arrival at the location,
8. When disassembling or sowing the spoon wheel, be sure to prevent weeds from entering the planter to avoid damaging the spoon wheel
9. The distance between the seeding point of the seeder and the ground should not exceed 150 millimeters. The matching and rotating parts should be coated with oil to prevent rust and placed in a ventilated and dry place.
